The restoration works were carried out with respect for the ancient structures and attention to detail, rediscovering all the characteristics of the ancient rural settlements.

The ancient farmhouses and the sharecropper's house once hosted the families who took care of the vineyard and olive grove. At the time, a large community lived in these houses, the large agricultural companies of Etna managed to create, within them, villages in which there was an atmosphere of serenity and solidarity.

These houses, while maintaining the original structure, have been restored and equipped with all the necessary services to make the rooms comfortable and welcoming.
